mixed feelings about the stay
constant noise inattentive staff
the location was okay, it was close enough to some main attractions.
The room, a beautiful twin room, was small, i expect more space. then, there was the noise. It was constant and made sleep near impossible, even earplugs could not help much. finally, staff didn't know the local taxi situation, such a bummer.

i found good pastries, juice, and complimentary coffee readily available. the hotel presented a well maintained environment, a sanctuary after a long day. the staff was helpful, and always offered a kind word and prompt assistance, it was heartwarming. everything was super clean, a lot to me.
i noticed some slight noise during the day, but it was manageable.

the hotel's location allows easy access to many attractions, a great help. it is also close to shopping areas, cafes, and public transport, a real plus for exploring. i felt so connected to the heart of the city.

central location helpful staff convenient access
The hotel's location made exploring convenient as many attractions were within walking distance. Metro stations were also very close providing easy access throughout the city. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous daily. i liked the coffee makers available directly in my room.

The hotel has a historic building that combines charm with modern comfort. My room included mirrors from ceiling to floor in addition to the bathroom mirror. i appreciated the free water and pastries provided by the hotel.

Breakfast included hot food options such as scrambled eggs hard boiled eggs and omelettes. Bacon and sausages were also available alongside cereal yoghurt and a selection of fruit. i noticed many choices of bread pastries and yoghurt.

The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist. They extended our check out until 2pm since i was pregnant. The daily cleaning of the room and replenishment of tea and coffee supplies pleased us.

a good haven
friendly staff train advice cute atmosphere
the staff were very friendly and helpful offering advice for airport transport i was directed to the train i could easily manage with luggage due to escalators i appreciated this consideration the hotel was clean and the staff were equally friendly creating a cute atmosphere i would return without hesitation the location was convenient for exploring allowing both walks and metro rides
our room was on the fifth floor the elevator reached only the fourth climbing one floor was acceptable the wooden floors created noise walking within the room made the floor creak i expected more comfort
